We follow various cancellation policies for its Search Engine Optimization, Web designing, all in one fully managed service, and other services. For more information, refer to the relevant service agreements for

necessary details on the cancellation policy.

All cancellation requests are usually handled within 5-7 days and should be submitted to our billing department. Cancellation requests via email or over the phone are acceptable. Your request is not deemed valid unless you receive an email confirmation from our billing department.

This email or number serves as proof of cancellation.

Refund Policy

Each of our services follows a different policy aligned to that particular service. Refer to the

individual service agreement for more information about the refund policy.

We don’t guarantee refunds for service cancellations. We will only consider the agreement signed

by the client. We don’t offer refunds on transaction charges, funds used up on search engines, services

delivered, or non-recoverable miscellaneous charges.

Due to the nature of the work, we do not offer refunds after work has been started already.

The client can cancel the contract anytime; a refund will not be provided if the contract is cancelled in the ongoing month. In this case, while future billing will be discontinued, no prorated refunds will be given.

A refund will not be applicable if the client does not approve clouds11’s suggestions and recommendations to certain changes (“White Hat” only) including, but not limited to, changing content of the website, density of keywords, website source code, website navigation, and structure.

A refund will not applicable if the client hires another SEO Company within the contractual period or performs SEO on their website in parallel.

A refund will not be applicable if the client does not provide required access to the website for SEO purposes or if the client’s website is offline or in not working state.

No payment will be refunded once the client approves mock-up designs and the project moves on to the development phase.

We will not entertain any cancellation for services that our sales team has offered you on special occasions. These are limited-time offers and cannot be cancelled without giving any prior notice of a minimum of 30 days.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and other Digital Marketing packages are not refundable, but the client may cancel by giving a notice written 30 days in advance.

We offer no refunds on deposits or payments for inactive projects abandoned or lay dormant for more than a month.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
